Rosenthal Properties, LLC was formed in 1999 for the purpose of acquiring, owning, developing and operating a diversified portfolio of income producing commercial real estate properties in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. Our investments include retail, office and industrial properties. Our major investment objectives include well located “value added” investment opportunities in markets with future barriers to entry. This investment strategy has enabled us to provide our investors with increasing long term cash flow and future capital appreciation, while preserving the initial capital investment. Our equity partners include domestic pension fund advisors as well as private investors.

Glenn H. Rosenthal, president of Rosenthal Properties, has more than twenty-five years experience in commercial real estate in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. Prior to forming Rosenthal Properties, he was a commercial real estate broker for close to twenty years. During that time, he was involved in more than 200 separate sales transactions totaling in excess of $1 billion, representing some of the nation’s leading investors in both acquisitions and sales. He was consistently recognized as one of Washington’s top sales brokers year after year.

As a result of his extensive market knowledge and credibility in the marketplace, Mr. Rosenthal has forged new joint venture relationships with both institutional equity investors and private investors to structure acquisitions that meet the needs of today’s investors. Rosenthal Properties is actively seeking to build new relationships and expand its portfolio.
