Paul Minkin Chief Financial Officer
Paul has over 30 years of experience in commercial real estate investment, development, management and construction with financial leadership roles in large public, plus mid-size and small private firms. Prior to joining Rosenthal, Mr. Minkin was Chief Financial Officer at Pleasants Companies, LLC for eight years serving on its Executive Management team and Board of Directors with a strategic role in the management of seven major operating companies and over 100 affiliated entities. Prior to that Paul spent five years as Director of Accounting and Finance at publicly traded Forest City Washington, a subsidiary of $11 billion national real estate owner, operator, and developer, Forest City Enterprises, Inc. (NYSE: FCE.A), acquired by Brookfield Asset Management (NYSE: BAM), playing a key role in the financial planning and analysis of several prominent large mixed-use urban development projects in and around the city and later was CFO of Washington DC-based real estate investment and development fund company Redbrick. Before moving to the Washington area, Mr. Minkin held Chief Financial Officer roles with leading Boston–New York regional real estate firm Peter Elliot LLC, 20 years, and with an automotive subsidiary of $6.8 billion multi-national Marubeni Corp. Paul began his career with Boston development and consulting firm Warren Company, LLC.
