The strategic move strengthens TSCG’s Mid-Atlantic coverage, establishing it as one of the largest retail real estate services-company in the eastern US, and one of the country’s largest managers of open-air shopping centers.</p>
<p>Founded in 1999, Rosenthal’s sixty-five people oversee a hundred plus commercial properties and manage over seven million square feet in retail space. The Rosenthal group focuses on tenant representation, leasing, property management and construction/project management of retail, office and industrial properties in Washington D.C., Virginia, and Maryland.</p>

<p>The school <a href="https://icodeschool.com/">iCode</a> launched its first Virginia franchise in the town earlier this month and is now hosting camps on game building, robotics, and other tech skills for students out on break for the winter.</p>
<p>Located in a former Apple Federal Credit Union at 419A Maple Avenue East, <a href="https://icodeschool.com/vienna/">iCode Vienna</a> will get a grand opening at 3:30 p.m. on Jan. 10.</p>
<p>“As parents living and working in Fairfax County, we saw a need to provide our children earlier exposure to technical education,” franchise co-owner David Dilly said in a statement. “…We realize children love gaming, so why not provide a positive outlet for their desires by learning to understand how their favorite games work?”</p>

<p>Galaxy Strikes Bowling Center will be a facility that caters to an entire social experience with bowling lanes, miniature golf, an arcade, food, and drinks. It will provide customers with a semi-formal social setting for entertainment that does not currently exist in Warrenton or the surrounding areas.</p>
<p>Galaxy Bowling Center is set to open in early 2022.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong>Vienna, VA (November 2021)</strong> – Rosenthal Properties, a commercial management, leasing and investment firm has completed the sale of a 111,000 square foot warehouse in Frederick, Maryland to an institutional investor for $15.4 million.</p>
<p>The 24-foot clear, multi-tenant warehouse is situated along Interstate-70 which provides tremendous visibility and access. The tenants include United Refrigeration, Frederick Volleyball Club, AFAB Labs, and Colonial Door &amp; Sash.  “During our ownership period, our team was able to successfully reposition the asset and stabilize the tenancy,” says Glenn Rosenthal, President of Rosenthal Properties.  “The new owner will enjoy a well-located asset as the industrial sector continues to see record demand.”</p>
<p>Cristopher Abramson, Ben McCarty and Nicholas Signor of Newmark represented Rosenthal Properties on the transaction. Frederick Klein of DLA Piper LLP provided legal counsel to Rosenthal Properties.</p>
